*Shipping Policy*
*Overview*
NAILOGY sells professional gel, polygel, nail care and salon equipment online at nailogy.co.uk. All orders are packed and sent from the United Kingdom. This policy explains how long orders take to leave us, what delivery costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.
By placing an order you agree to this policy. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Refunds & Returns policy. Nothing in it affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
**Processing times**
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed from the next working day.
- Pre-order and back-in-stock items ship when stock arrives. Mixed baskets ship together once every item is ready, unless we tell you otherwise.
- During sales, launches and the Christmas period, processing can take up to 2 extra working days. We publish last order dates each December.
- You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.
*UK delivery options and costs*
UK delivery is free on orders over £150. Below that, the cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times start from dispatch, not from the order date.
- Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.99, 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Express (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £7.99, 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Free standard delivery: £0 on orders over £150, 2–3 working days after dispatch
All services are tracked.
- The free-delivery threshold applies to the basket total after discounts.
- Large or heavy equipment (nail lamps, drills, dust collectors) may ship by courier as a separate parcel at no extra charge.
- We deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands. Highlands and islands addresses may take 1–2 extra days. Channel Islands orders may face local import charges.
- We can deliver to BFPO addresses and parcel lockers where the carrier allows.
*International shipping*
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Many of our gels, primers and salon liquids are classed as flammable or dangerous goods, which carriers restrict on international and air routes.
*Tracking, delays and problems*
Every order is tracked, and the goods are our responsibility until they reach you or your chosen safe place.
- Tracking: your dispatch email contains a tracking link. If you haven't had it within 5 working days, check your spam folder, then contact us.
- Delays: carrier times are estimates. If tracking hasn't moved for 5 working days, tell us and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
- Lost parcels: if your parcel hasn't arrived 10 working days after dispatch, contact us. Once the carrier confirms it is lost, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
- Damaged or leaking items: email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and keep the packaging. We'll replace or refund the item. Please don't use a leaking product.
- Wrong or missing items: tell us within 14 days and we'll send what's missing at no cost.
- Address errors: please check your address before paying. We can only change it before dispatch. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it wasn't collected, we'll resend it for the delivery fee, or refund the goods minus the original delivery cost.
- Marked as delivered but not received: check with neighbours and your safe place, then contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
*Packaging, returns and contact*
Gels and liquids are sealed and bagged to protect against leaks, and we reuse or recycle packaging where we can. Returns and refunds follow our Refunds & Returns policy. Delivery charges are refunded only when an item was faulty, damaged or sent in error.
