1. PLACING AN ORDER

Nailogy Shop UK welcomes orders of all sizes, with no minimum order value required.

All orders are subject to product availability and payment authorisation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

4. DELIVERY PRICING

Nailogy Shop UK offers delivery services across the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery: Estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery: Available for eligible orders, with charges and estimated delivery times displayed at checkout.

FREE Standard Delivery: On eligible UK orders over 150£

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Delivery services and prices may be updated when necessary.

5. DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may vary depending on courier services, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or contains incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

7. RETURNING UNWANTED OR INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS
